Patric Chocolate - A Sweet Success


In his mid-twenties, while pursuing a religious studies degree at the University of Missouri, Alan spent a year in France where he was able to taste the best foods the country had to offer. During this time, an all-consuming passion for chocolate took hold of him and he became determined to make his own world-class bars.

After several years of daily test batches, tastings, study and from Virginia Wilson of the Small Business Technology & Development Center (SBTDC), Patric was born!

Since then, Alan has labored to create the finest single-origin, blended and flavored chocolate bars imaginable. This has garnered Patric Chocolate two consecutive Good Food Awards in 2011 & 2012, a “Best New American Chocolate” by Food & Wine Magazine and honor of “Top Ten Foods to Try Now” by Forbes Magazine.

But the sweetest honor is being able to make delicious chocolate for you to enjoy!
