Civil Design, Inc., founded by Vicki LaRose, in 1996 to provide responsive, quality-driven civil engineering services. Under Vicki LaRose’s direction, CDI has experienced continuous success, gaining a reputation for delivering on-time, in-budget designs for construction management, environmental, roadway and site development projects. After 11 years of being in business, she decided that she needed a home for CDI. And that home would be a building in Soulard, which is just south of downtown St. Louis, Missouri. To be able to do this, she applied and received a SBA 504 loan. This loan has help CDI weather the storm of the recession and created an awesome place to work.
